Rev. Richard Grund’s private investigator says Grund was accused of moving Caylee Anthony’s body

Rev. Richard Grund’s PI ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ claimed he was working pro bono for Rev. Grund because there was a plot to frame Grund for Caylee Anthony’s murder.

Cobra (William Staubs) even claimed Grund had been accused of moving Caylee’s body.

However – there is no visible record of any accusations of the like ever being made against Grund.

Cobra told news reporters that Grund sent him to Putnam County to search for HaLeigh Cummings – never explaining what Grund’s interest would be in the case.

When asked by First Coast News who was paying him – Cobra said he was being paid to search for HaLeigh Cummings by a drug dealer in Miami.

Grund told detectives he believed Casey Anthony plotted to plant DNA evidence on Caylee’s body by enticing his son, Jesse Grund, into a shower where she could obtain hair and sexual fluid. He also said Casey tried to get his son to touch the trunk of the car that Caylee’s body was believed to be inside for a time.

However – the only Grund family member that was openly suspected by the Anthony family was Rev. Grund. The National Enquirer reported that prosecutors on the case had a file that showed the family believed Grund may have killed Caylee in a ritual sacrifice.

Grund made the same paranoid statements to investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, that he made to the detectives.

Grund and Staubs both told Holmseth the Anthony family was plotting to plant evidence on Caylee’s body; that the Anthony’s had hacked Grund’s computer and stole photographs from him.

Staubs and Grund never said what the stolen photographs would reveal.

Grund told Holmseth he was at the Anthony home and found the house was demonically possessed. He said items flew from the shelves on their own.

Coincidentally…

Grund operates a paranormal service called the Supernatural Response Team that purports to battle demons. He told Holmseth Casey Anthony was/is possessed by a demon that was once worshipped on earth as a god.

And…

Grund’s colleague, Wayanne Kruger, told Holmseth she feared Grund might have killed “HaLeigh Cummings” in another one of his “frickin exorcisms” – a scenario consistent with the National Enquirer story.

Grund’s belief that Casey Anthony was ‘possessed’ or indwelt by a demon lends credence to Kruger’s suspicion that little Caylee could have died during an exorcism (if Grund believed BOTH mommy and daughter were possessed and a ritual was being performed).

Kruger said Grund didn’t believe HaLeigh Cummings was completely human because her reproductive system didn’t work due to Turner’s syndrome.

The follow up to “In Re: Caylee Anthony (the shocking truth explained)” – “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (the unspeakable spoken)” reveals two dynamics to the HaLeigh Cummings mystery that have kept the public confused for five years. Chapter 3 – The (Hush Hush) Murder will anger you; Chapter 4 – “He’s Letting People F!@k My Granddaughter” will shock your conscience. This book is for grown ups that are prepared to understand and accept the truth about what happened to HaLeigh Cummings. The author, Timothy Charles Holmseth, assisted the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI in 2009 as they closed in on suspects in HaLeigh’s kidnapping. In 2010, Timothy was interviewed by the FBI for several hours and asked to turn over various interviews he conducted with suspects. Timothy knows HaLeigh is alive and he knows who took her.

On July 1, 2014, an anonymous attack-porn blog called radionewz.net issued a press release that “Timothy Charles Holmseth should be arrested”.

The press article was spurred on by a recent radio appearance Holmseth made on the Opperman Report to discuss the death of Caylee Anthony and kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

The actual author of the article is believed to be an associate of Rev. Richard Grund, the paranormal demon hunter the Anthony family suspected may have killed Caylee in a ritual sacrifice.

Holmseth has audio evidence from interviews that reveals how in 2009, Grund met with a group of others to discuss securing professional private media and cameras, in advance of a calculated disinformation campaign in the (staged) HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

The criminal hoax involved Rev. Grund’s PI, William (Cobra) Staubs being filmed while he revoked the bond of an accused child molester; done to create the illusion they had caught the monster that raped and killed HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony.

Radionewz.net commonly sexually abuses people of all ages and genders – often making jokes about rape.

Rev. Richard Grund warned Prosecutor Jeff Ashton that he would go off into a complete religious diatribe if Ashton called him to the witness stand during the Casey Anthony murder trial.

Attorney Ashton never called Rev. Grund.

What was Rev. Grund going to say on the witness stand during what has been called the ‘social media trial of the century’ – that Jeff Ashton didn’t want the American public to know?

Here is what he was going to say.

The Casey Anthony everybody is seeing on TV is not the real Casey – the Casey everyone is seeing on TV is possessed by a demon that was once worshipped on earth as a god.

How do I know that?

Because – Rev. Richard Grund told me (investigative author Timothy Charles Holmseth) during journalistic interviews conducted in May of 2009 regarding the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases – exactly that.

Rev. Grund also told me that he and his wife visited the home of George and Cindy Anthony and found the home was completely demonic. He said his mere presence enraged the demons and that item flew from the shelf with no human assistance.

That’s what Prosecutor Ashton didn’t want the public to know about.

Here’s why.

The supernatural occurrence in the Anthony home as described by Rev. Grund would not lead jurors to a conclusion that Casey Anthony was solely responsible for the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

It would create questions that Ashton did not want to answer.

And further – the theory set forth that little Caylee had drown in the pool and everybody covered it up – would be replaced with a different theory – a different kind of accident – one that was a little bit harder to explain – but – one that might ultimately explain why duct-tape was placed over a little girl’s mouth.

Think about that folks – little kids that drown in pools are not found later with duct tape over their mouth.

The significance is Rev. Grund’s profession as a paranormal demon warrior, and a subsequent fact pattern that emerged after Grund was interviewed by police investigators in September of 2008.

Rev. Grund operates a paranormal service called the Supernatural Response Team, which travels to location and battles demons and evils spirits. He told me that he once worshipped Satan and had a face to face encounter with a fallen Watcher.

Well versed students of the Anthony murder trial will immediately realize two things because they have already listened to Rev. Grund’s police interview:

  1. Rev. Grund did not tell police investigators during his interview that Casey Anthony was ‘possessed by a demon that was once worshipped on earth as a god’
  2. The National Enquirer reported in October of 2009 that the Orange County Prosecutor’s Office had files that showed the Anthony family hired a private detective to investigate their suspicion that Rev. Grund might have killed Caylee in a “ritual sacrifice”

Considering Rev. Grund operates the Supernatural Response Team, it is very suspicious he did not tell police investigators during his interview that he had assessed the Anthony home and found it to be demonic; that items flew from the shelf with no human assistance; and Casey Anthony was possessed.

After all – if the missing child’s mother is possessed by a demon-god – that would be vital information to homicide detectives – would it not?

Investigators would have likely asked Rev. Grund the date/time he assessed the home and all that were present.

While one could argue Rev. Grund simply did not want to bring up religion or his paranormal work during his police interview; that is simply not the case. He proactively brought the paranormal/sprit world up to the detectives, and said that while he was praying with somebody on the telephone he had an ‘open vision’ and saw a specific location he believed was connected to Caylee’s death.

In fact – during an interview with me – he arrogantly boasted that he told Prosecutor Jeff Ashton that if he was called to the stand he was going to go into a long diatribe about his religion – I felt it sounded like he was threatening Asthon to not call him.

During Rev. Grund’s police interviews he did something that typically raises the eyebrow of any seasoned investigator – he claimed somebody was framing somebody. Particularly – he claimed his son, Jesse Grund, who was once engaged to be married to Casey Anthony, was the target of the frame-up.

Rev. Grund told officers that Casey Anthony came to an apartment where Jesse Grund was and attempted to entice him to join her in taking a shower. He told investigators he believed Casey had plans to obtain DNA such as body hair or (sexual) fluids from Jesse, which she could then take to the crime scene and plant on Caylee’s body. He further spoke of an attempt by Casey to trick Jesse into touching the car trunk where Caylee’s dead body had been.

While it is not impossible there was a plot to plant DNA evidence to implicate Jesse Grund in the death of Caylee Anthony – seasoned homicide investigators may also look at the possibility that Rev. Grund was simply creating a record in advance, that he believed somebody was trying to frame somebody with planted DNA. This would be a useful defense later, for anybody who’s DNA might appear on Caylee’s body – including Rev. Grund’s DNA.

In light of Rev. Grund’s insistence that somebody was trying to frame his son using planted DNA evidence, the subsequent fact-pattern that emerges reveals a very suspicious course of action (and in-action) by the reverend.

On October 14, 2008, Casey Anthony was charged with murder. She was incarcerated and jailed. Nobody else was implicated in the crime.

On December 12, 2008, Caylee Anthony’s body was found and taken into the possession of law enforcement and the Coroner’s office where it would be autopsied and examined for any available or usable DNA evidence.

There was never to be any further arrests made regarding Caylee’s death.

However – Rev. Grund’s actions following the recovery of Caylee’s body create serious questions about him, because he suddenly interjected himself into a second mysterious missing child case 80 miles north of Orlando.

The second missing child was the case of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, who was reported missing on February, 10, 2009, (allegedly) from her Satsuma home.

The facts and circumstances of the second missing child case indicate Rev. Grund may have had prior knowledge that HaLeigh Cummings was going to disappear.

On February 10, 2009, a televised memorial was held for Caylee Anthony at a church in Orlando. Private security at the memorial was given a ‘no-entry’ list that contained the names of individuals that were to be denied entry; on that list was Rev. Richard Grund (and Wayanne Kruger).

Because he could not attend the larger televised memorial, Rev. Grund arranged for a memorial to be held at J. Blanchard Park in Orlando.

On that very same day (February 10, 2009) – a little girl named HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing from Satsuma, Florida – 80 north of Orlando – an Amber Alert was issued.

Also – on that very same day – a private investigator/bail bondman named William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter) attended Rev. Grund’s memorial for Caylee in the park and (supposedly) met Rev. Grund for the first time ever. The two men talked and Rev. Grund asked ‘Cobra’ to be his PI. The reason Rev. Grund needed a PI was because there was a plot to frame his son Jesse Grund for Caylee’s murder and ‘Cobra’ was going to assist him in those matters.

Why Rev. Grund suddenly needed a PI two months after Caylee’s remains were found is not readily known.

Also – on that very same day – a child sex victim’s advocate/author from Arizona named Wayanne Kruger was in Orlando at Rev. Grund’s memorial in the park. Wayanne Kruger was known to the Anthony family and was also specifically named on the no-contact list for the televised memorial.

NEWS COVERAGE – HALEIGH CUMMINGS CASE

After Rev. Grund, ‘Cobra’, and Wayanne Kruger, all serendipitously met up at the Caylee Anthony memorial at J. Blanchard Park on February 10, 2009, they would all publicly re-assemble one month later.

They were a team!

In early March of 2009, Wayanne Kruger was the official spokesperson for Crystal Sheffield, the mother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. She physically stayed with Sheffield and her family, appeared in many televised mainstream news interviews, and personally fielded incoming telephone calls from the media.

In early March of 2009, William ‘Cobra’ Staubs announced to news reporters that he had been sent to search for HaLeigh Cummings by Rev. Richard Grund.

Dana Treen at the Jacksonville Times Union asked ‘Cobra’ why Rev. Grund was interested in the HaLeigh Cummings case. ‘Cobra’ replied that Rev. Grund asked him to get involved as a favor to a long time friend of Grund’s named “Wayanne Kruger”.

Jessica Clark at First Coast News reported that Wayanne Kruger explained her involvement in the HaLeigh Cummings case by saying that “Marie Griffis” sought her out. Marie Griffis is Crystal Sheffield’s mother (HaLeigh’s maternal grandmother).

But – everywhere you look you will find Rev. Grund.

Memorialized on page 107 of my book “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (the shocking truth revealed)” is an accounting of Rev. Grund telling me that while Wayanne Kruger was working for Crystal Sheffield as her advocate, he spoke with Marie Griffis on the telephone, and Griffis told Grund that she wanted Kruger to go home.

Rev. Grund was on the telephone.

Rev. Grund was emailing.

Rev. Grund was running the show.

And the show was to create a second Caylee Anthony murder – with a different ending.

CREATING A SECOND CAYLEE ANTHONY MURDER – PROVIDING A SUSPECT – AND PROVIDING A DIFFERENT ‘END’ TO THE STORY

On approximately March 17, 2009, Jessica Clark with First Coast News asked ‘Cobra’ why he was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case. He replied that he had been sent into the case by Rev. Richard Grund.

‘Cobra’ told Clark he had been in Satsuma six days and had been watching a man named Daniel Snodgrass since he first arrived. Snodgrass was an accused child molester that was free on bond awaiting trial for charges of capital sexual battery on a child under 12. ‘Cobra’ told Clark that Snodgrass had been “breaking county line” and that his ankle monitoring bracelet didn’t always work.

That is what he was doing there – he was stalking an accused child molester.

‘Cobra’ told me that he found a shed in the country that was wall to wall blood and he suspected Snodgrass might have butchered HaLeigh Cummings in it.

But ‘Cobra’ knew better.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, FBI, and David Valentine at Valentines Bail Bonds (ankle bracelet monitoring agency) had each cleared Snodgrass from any suspicion of being outside the limits of his monitoring area on the night in question. Nonetheless – ‘Cobra’ relentlessly pushed the Snodgrass story to all news media.

On March 20, 2009, ‘Cobra’ (a licensed bail bondsman) violently arrested Snodgrass, while a tabloid journalist and cameraman named Art Harris, whom ‘Cobra’ had paid $5,000 in cash, filmed the event so it could be published on the Web as a propaganda piece.

The objective was to make the world believe ‘Cobra’ had captured the dangerous child raping murderer that had been on the loose and running wild in Florida because his ankle bracelet monitor didn’t work.

Then – Cobra executed stage two of the plan.

On March 22, 2009, ‘Cobra’ and several others planted evidence at a rural location in San Mateo, Florida. The items consisted of HaLeigh’s toys, nebulizer fluid, male sock, suitcase, map, car keys, and glove (with red stains). ‘Cobra’ attempted to turn the car keys into Capt. Dominic Piscitello at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) but Piscitello would not take them. Major Gary Bowling at the PCSO acknowledged to me that the Sheriff’s Office was aware of the fake search.

If Capt. Piscitello would have taken the keys, they would have opened the trunk of a car owned by a teen girl named Kristina ‘Nay Nay’ Prevatt. Misty Croslin, HaLeigh’s alleged babysitter on the night HaLeigh was reported missing, was belived to have been in Prevatt’s car. The car had gotten stuck at the San Mateo location where the planted items of evidence were found during the fake search.

The reason ‘Cobra’ wanted PCSO deputies to open the trunk of the car, was because he had poured some kind of fluid (e.g. brake fluid, anti-freeze, etc.) into the trunk to create the appearance that Misty Croslin had attempted to cover up blood in the trunk.

The ‘little girl in a trunk’ scenario was supposed to correlate to the Caylee Anthony case because Caylee was believed to have been in a trunk.

On May 20, 2009, the PCSO arrested and charged ‘Cobra’ with felony false imprisonment for the Snodgrass bond revocation.

Everything ‘Cobra’ had been doing while he was in Satsuma – he had been doing as Rev. Richard Grund’s PI and agent.

Why did Rev. Grund and ‘Cobra’ try to re-create the Caylee Anthony disappearance and murder and provide a patsy?

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO CAYLEE? RITUAL? EXORCISM?

In October of 2009 the National Enquirer published their story about Rev. Grund and the Anthony family’s suspicions that he may have killed Caylee in a ritual sacrifice.

However – the Anthony family’s ‘suspicions’ of Rev. Grund can be easily seen as self-serving and create questions about the Anthony family themselves.

Was the Anthony family present during the event that Rev. Grund described when the demonic forces in the house became enraged and items flew from the shelf? If so – did the Anthony’s tell the homicide detectives about the incident?

What were the facts and circumstances of that event?

Did Rev. Grund tell the Anthony’s that Casey Anthony was possessed by a demon? If yes – did they report that to homicide detectives?

Did the Anthony family solicit the services of the Supernatural Response Team?

Most importantly – did Rev. Grund believe little Caylee Anthony was possessed?

There is evidence Rev. Grund has very strange ideas about little girls and their value. During an interview with Wayanne Kruger, she told me Rev. Grund told her that HaLeigh Cummings is not completely “human” because her reproductive organs don’t work due to her Turner’s syndrome.

Rev. Grund insisted to me that Caylee Anthony was the incestuous byproduct of her own uncle – Lee Anthony. What did that mean to Rev. Grund? Did that mean little Caylee wasn’t completely human?

Wayanne Kruger told me she hoped “Grund” didn’t kill “HaLeigh” in one of his “frickin exorcisms”.

Did Wayanne Kruger witness, or have intimate knowledge of, an exorcism performed by Rev. Grund, upon a little girl, that took the little girl’s life?

The FBI, FDLE, Orlando Police Department, and Orange County Sheriff’s Office are obligated to question her and find out.
